Our community is constantly evolving, and we’re always looking for new ways to empower our members. Today, we’re thrilled to announce a new initiative that will provide a clear path for growth and development: a brand-new Competence System.
The core of this system is a dynamic structure of “inner changing groups and items.” Think of it as a living map of the skills and knowledge within our community. But what makes this system truly special is its ability to adapt to each member’s individual journey.
A key feature will be the ability to “zoom in” on specific items. If you’re just starting out in a particular area, you can focus on the foundational concepts. If your competence is already high, you can dive deep into the advanced aspects. This ensures that you’re always engaged with material that is relevant and challenging for you, allowing you to focus on what truly matters for your personal growth.
To further support this, we will be establishing “expected competence levels” for all member groups. This isn’t about creating a rigid hierarchy, but rather about providing a transparent growth path. You’ll be able to see what skills are valued in different roles and what you can do to advance and take on new responsibilities. It’s a roadmap for your journey within the community, helping you grow and develop your abilities.
